Lynda Botsch came to us when launching her new HR consulting business, seeking a logo that would authentically reflect her vision and values. During our initial consultation, we discussed her business needs and explored the style, look, and feel she envisioned for her brand. Lynda emphasized the importance of showcasing collaboration, inclusivity, and human-centered approaches in her work.
This logo is the result of that collaborative process. The interlocking circular elements represent the interconnected nature of workplace relationships—employees, teams, and leadership working in harmony. The vibrant green, blue, and orange palette symbolizes growth, trust, and energy—essential qualities for fostering positive organizational culture. The flowing, organic shapes suggest adaptability and continuous development, while the balanced composition reflects stability and professional expertise. Each element connects to form a unified whole, mirroring Lynda’s approach to creating cohesive, people-centered HR strategies that drive both individual and organizational success.
